i was so scared when i used this product.i just plug it in and didnt turn on the switch for on and off.few minutes it was smoking behind.the switch to on and off doesnt work good as well as the hot switch.Customer Review: Only 90 Days Labor Warranty!!!

Purchased in Feb 2009 and having problems. Company states that I have to pay for shipping and labor since it only comes with 90 days labor warranty. Better to buy a new one! Save your money.Customer Review: igloo water cooler

Very disappointed. First time I've had to return anything from amazon. I believe cooler was defective and the package it came in was torn and taped. Cooler did not work at all.
