The cooler arrived earlier than expected, props to Amazon for their great service. It works perfectly for our small office, easy to set up, it dispenses COLD cold water and HOT hot water I like the fact that it has a stainless steel reservoir so we do not get plastic-y tasting water. It is also easy to clean. In fact, I will be ordering another one for our warehouse.Customer Review: Works well, clean look, no problems

Bought this about less than a month ago, so far no problems. Really nice look, easy to use. About to have a baby so wanted the hot faucet for bottles. The cool water has been great to drink -- had a bit of a weird plastic taste the first jug but that went away. The first unit we received had a big dent in the bottom. Amazon was great in getting UPS to come and take it away and ship us a replacement. The second unit came with no blemishes. The stainless portion of this cooler is covered by a blue plastic film. This plastic film has quite an aroma. I suppose it is a necessary evil to protect the finish from scratches and scuffs during shipping. My co-worker read the set up information in the manual because we wanted it to perform in an optimal way. A very large portion of the bottle was taken into the reservoir tanks. I will admit the the first two uses of this cooler, the water had a weird taste but it seems to be gone now. It was set up and left alone for an entire weekend and when we came in on Monday, no leaks or problems. The temperature of the water from the hot spigot is much higher than the one we have been renting from Deer Park. I am not sure if this Deer Park unit just isn't as hot or there is an adjustment that we didn't know about.
In my view, the amount of money spent was a decent deal. The free shipping made the deal even sweeter. Hopefully, we will get much carefree use from this unit.
