very nice product. it has a plastic spike in the center of water well that pierces the top of the bottle so you dont have to remove the cap off the bottle and get water everywhere like my old dispenser!!
very effortless!!
also it has hot and cold water dispensers which is great for a quick cup of hot tea/hot chocolate or just a cool glass of water in a pinch.
i bought this from amazon for $151 including tax and free shipping when all others of this style/quality were going for $199 or more. great value!!
i would highly recommend this product!!
