When I received the first product the base was defective, I simply called customer service and they sent another unit out immediately. Turns out I was WRONG, I just wasn't pushing the button hard enough, I called to stop the order and was told to just keep one as a spare, I've never had to use the spare because this one is still going strong after maybe 2 yrs. I love this product, the bottles are dishwasher safe and it's a quick easy way to make a healthy breakfast when time isn't on your side. I purchased the Shake 'n Take personal blender about 3 weeks ago locally (Meijer). I use it twice a day to blend up a mixture of juice, frozen and fresh fruits, and protein for pre- and post-workout nourishment. I love it. I haven't had any problems blending anything I've thrown in. The motor and blades seem very capable. It's the perfect size. It's quick, it's easy, and was well priced. The only negative is the bottle can't take hot liquids...like dishwasher temperatures. This is a minor issue as it is easy enough just to hand wash when necessary.Customer Review: shake and take is great

This product made blending my frozen fruits into smoothie's a real pleasure.Its so easy to use, literally, just shake and take. I would recommend this product highly.

I've had this blender for almost 4 weeks and its really good. I only need 3-4 times to push button for 15-20 seconds and my shake is well blended. I only use frozen berries, bananas and peaches, no ice, so maybe thats why it blends faster and better and it doesnt stress the blades too much. Its a great price and travels well since its so small. So far I'm happy! I don't expect it to last for a very long time so I'm glad I bought 2!!!!!Customer Review: Great item

I have used this item for over a year and it is still going strong. I am buying more bottles because they wore out. I really like this product. Would like to see a bigger bottle for mixing fruit in with the protein.
