Customer Review: Best thing for cookies or everything else

I don't use it to protect the oven but as a non sticky sheet for my cookies. I'm making french cookies called almond tiles which are very thin and almost all sugar so very sticky. With this product I don't have any problem to remove the cookies from the sheet even when there are cold. I cut the sheet it two pieces so I can use 2 at the times. I don't use parchment paper anymore and use this for everything.
