I really enjoy this product for cooking meat that turns out tender. So far I have been successful with steak and roasting a whole chicken. Preparing sausage for breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. There was no splatter in the kitchen or heavy, lingering smell throughout the house. Toasting raw nuts is quick and they are delicious without additional oil. I am eager to experiment with baking bread or rolls. An added bonus: it is easy to clean!Customer Review: Nu Wave Oven

Well when we first got this, neither of us liked the food but then I took some time .... Now I make hamburgers to die for cuz I mix all ingredients to the ground meat and let sit for an hour before cooking. Chicken, if browned first, tastes so good and is so juicy. We are still working on making a good roast of beef. The one thing that is advertised that is so true is that the meat, after it has been cooked, is very juicy. Recommend this product to anyone looking to make great meals without spending a lot of time in the kitchen. As with any appliance you discover how it best suites your needs as you cook different dishes using the guide. Once you master the times and cooking levels for your needs it is a wonderful addition to your kitchen. Food comes out moist and tender.

These convection ovens really work well. Got the analog type (not Computer controls) simply because it is easy to use. It would of been nice if there was an on/off control instead of using the timer for this function, if there was I would of rated this oven a 5.Customer Review: Works very well

The oven works pretty well and I like it. There have been just a few things that wouldn't fit in it, but that's the only problem I've had so far. I've put things in there both fresh and frozen and it works great! I would recommend this product.
