Best coffee roaster for the price. Roasts and cools. From light to dark. Set your own time and save it. Some coffee beans brown faster. When not sure set longer time and watch when is dark enough for your desire and push the cool button this stops roasting and automatically cools it in 3 minutes-ready to grind the best freshest coffee to have.
I have IRoast2 since April 2007 very happy, I had other roasters before, but this one is the best.

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas this year (2005). He is having alot of fun with it!! He had been roasting in an air popper before, and it was pretty good, but this is even better and we don't run the risk of melting the air popper anymore. He has shared his home roast with all our neighbors, he has tried many different types of coffee beans, from Mexican to Pure Kona.....
I would highly recommend this roaster!!! We have had alot of great coffee!!

I'm having a wonderful time with the i-roast 2. The day it arrived I was up and roasting in less than an 30 minutes and experimenting with my own settings the next day. I always thought buying whole roasted beans was the best way to insure a fresh coffee experience, but roasting your own beans takes freshness to a higher level! We had one of the orginal Hearthware roasters and wore it out after 3 years of weekly roasting. we looked at several other brands and went back to the newest hearthware, and very glad we did. the programed options are outstanding, its easy to use and makes great coffee, very consistant roasts a friend has another brand and can not get consistant results.Customer Review: Excellent Roaster

The IRoast2 provides the ability for the user to roast coffee beans to the desired roast, from city to full city, French and Italian roast. The chaf collector works extremely well, eliminating the loose chaf I experienced with other roasters.
