no problems w/delivery or product. ordered directly brand new($14.99) from amazon on a tues (& used $7.35 standard shipping). rec'd on a thurs before 1pm. the fan only rotates up & down, but gives excellent circulation at long distances and i rarely find myself using the medium of high speed setting. although it's not mountable, it doesn't take-up much space---a big plus for me! a bit hard to clean---it's best to use a vacuum cleaner with a small, narrow attachment. being small , you'd expect no noise, but i find it to be pretty reasonable. this was priced the same as the stores (when in season), which still isn't bad. overall i am very very happy w/product & amazon AND would DEFINITELY recommend to customers--4 stars!!! (would've have given 5 stars if it was mountable & if a remote control option was available---but hey, everything in life isn't perfect. LOL) Customer Review: A really Useful possession

I bought this just by reading the earlier reviews..A few said it is noisy which it is a little bit. But if you want to beat the summer heat and save on the air-conditioner, this is the one to buy. It has three levels to select and the price that it is offered at, it's the best bet...go ahead and buy it and say "No" to the heat....

This fan is just okay. It is small and needs to be put up on a desk or table. On the floor it won't reach a bed or couch since the tilt will only go up so far. Also, it is very loud (louder than other fans I've owned). My biggest complaint is that it cannot be opened to be cleaned. The blades get very dusty and the front does not pop off to give access for cleaning..kind of disappointing. Customer Review: Looks great, moves the air, not too noisy

I bought one, loved it, bought several more (they come in black and white). Looks great, moves the air - makes a big difference! - and not very noisy except on highest setting. Still is quiet compared to most fans.
