Had NO clue this did not come fully assembled...on top of that, there are NO instructions but plenty of screws and springs to put the back wheels on. It's also much smaller than what I expected it to be for a mediumm size cart. I still have no ide on how to assemble it and the website on the front of the package doesn't work! Very regretful of making this purchase, especially since I have learned that you can get a much bigger cart for two dollars more at other stores. This is a complete WASTE OF MONEY!
