Customer Review: Bullet Blender a must!

My results with the Bullet Blender are quite different from the previous user, so maybe they had a lemon? I use mine DAILY...to make smoothies....actually...twice a day most days. (for the past 8 months) I now have two of them so that I can keep one in my travel bag. I never want to be without it. Thinking of buying a third. <g> I use at least 6 ice cubes in my smoothie, sometimes fruit. Handles it very well. It does make a racket so you might consider ear plugs :).
Highly recommended for certain things. I don't know that it replaces ALL kitchen appliances, but it does a few things VERY well and it is easier to clean than a large blender. I have only had to replace the gasket in the blender jar. (after a year or more). Just a thought. mb

This does everything is says! We've put it to the test and it has never failed! The best part of it is is that my kids are drinking smoothies: 1. that they are making themselves,thank you! and 2.with only natural ingredients! I think they feel they're getting one up on Mom, because she has a new toy! In reality,they haven't gotten their daily amount of friuts and veggies in a very long time.
I'm thrilled! It is one of those products that you have very high exspectations for and it has lived up to them!
The only thing we haven't really used is the colored bands for the cups.Really we haven't used the to go cup top either.I don't think it's too important, but maybe down the line, maybe in warmer months.

This is a great little unit, I can't imagine being without it. The infomercials aren't wrong, it really does everything they say it does. Now that I've given you the upside for owning one, it's only fair I give you the down side:
The unit is built sturdy but like anything that gets lots of use, it will wear out. If you have a family and use it often for drinks, you'll be lucky to have the motor last 3-4 months. I have had mine for nearly two years now but I have a household of two and it doesn't get used every day, maybe once a week if we're lucky.

Price shop if you can, the prices listed here are high and the shipping charges can be outrageous. Be a wise shopper.

I've had this product for about 4 years now. I was hooked by the Australian commercial and got a 2 for 1 deal on it. Let me just say that this has been used at least 3 times a week in my home, mostly for smoothies. You can do a lot with the Magic Bullet very easily. My daughter likes the chocolate mousse that you can whip up in about 1 minute from start to finish. I love crushing ice and making smoothies and juices that took me a long messy time with my juicer. You do have to take care of the bullet, make sure you clean it and replace the rubber gaskets as needed... If you do that you will have a great machine that does more than what you think it can. 5 stars all the way.Customer Review: Works for me

I've had my bullet for a couple of years. Use it all the time, mostly for smoothies. Maybe the reviewer who said it leaves pieces of fruit got a bad machine, because mine works great, makes real smooth smoothies (and a smoothie should be smooth, right? :) I usually use bananas or blueberries, usually frozen, and it dissolves them all with no problem. I also use whey powder and it gets completely blended in, too. I've also used my bullet for other things, even ground almonds in it and it ground them to a fine powder. The best thing about the bullet is the ease of clean-up. This is definitely one "as seen on TV" product that lives up to the hype.
