I bought this originally on the 3rd of Feb. It arrived promptly. It was caked with dried peanut butter. I called Amazon and they did a great job sending another. That one burned out on the 2nd or 3rd use. They replace it about one month after the original purchase. They replaced it. That one burned out on the sixth use. I was meticulous about cleaning immediately after use. The plastic handle to shift the peanuts feels cheap, flimsy, and in constant danger of breaking. The machine is difficult to clean. the machine apparently burns out the motor after just a few uses. I could not be anymore frustrated.
