It's not like you need this to make sushi, a sheet of plastic wrap will do just fine, but for a couple of bucks why not? I used it while making some California rolls the other night and it did the job just fine.

cheap and good and of course it does a great job.. Hint, make sure u wrap it w/ a plastic wrap so rice won't go through the mat because bacteria goes in.Customer Review: no complaints

I wanted a shushi mat and that is what I got. The green color of the bamboo is really nice and gives it extra appeal. I was totally satisfied.
