I was surprised and delighted to find it all arrived by Tuesday of the following week using standard shipping. The products are a big hit with my wife who loves to entertain and does a great job making sushi for family and friends. Though you probably could use wax paper to roll sushi in, this makes it so much easier and cleaner. It helps to hold it all together and you can really press the sushi, molding it into the roll. The spoon is pretty useless, as you can use any spoon to spread the sushi rice, but for the price, this was a good buy, in my opinion. You can also rinse the rice/sauce off of this mat with no problem.Customer Review: Cheap and doe the job!

I bought this along with a book and rice cooker to give my boyfriend for a present. We've made sushi a few times now, and this roller is really all you need to create perfectly good rolls, even if you've never rolled sushi before. I've not made sushi with this mat yet, but it looks great and seems more sturdy than my used mat. This is great to have and I love that it comes with a rice spoon. Both peices smell fantastic and I'm going to recommend these to friends when I teach them to make sushi!
