I like the stainless steel webbing that seems to be very durable. Large enough when I am cooking YaKiMondo/dumplings in oil (deep frying) it works well and large enough to remove several items at a time when they are done.Customer Review: Just right

Great item to have around. Much better than a slotted spoon. I debated about getting the bigger sized basket but I think the bigger size would have been too big for some pots.
