I have to say what a great product! I have been steaming for many years using cabbage as a liner for the steamer, the cabbage worked ok but was messy and I personally don't like cabbage. Once I used Helen's liners I was convinced! The dumplings came out moist and delicious. Even my husband steams now since its such an easy clean up with the liners!
I also used it last week for steamed fish and my kids loved it (they never eat fish!)

To use, place parchment steamer liner on the bottom of your steamer and you are ready. Simply discard after use.
