I bought the pie crust maker based upon a suggestion in a review of a pie crust recipe and reading the reviews at Amazon. This product is great. It makes rolling a pie crust easy, it is inexpensive, it is very easy to use, it keeps the flour mess contained, it comes with clear instructions, it cleans easily, and it folds into a small space for easy storage. I like this much better than using my roll-up Tupperware pie crust mat with the printed circles. I bought the pie crust last year for baking during the Holiday Season. This makes "home made" Pie Crusts the easiest part of the task! I tried to get my local supply store to carry it, but no go. So I bought 3 more this season as present for family members. If even thickness, no break, pie crusts evade you like they do me, you have found your answer.
