It's the best. I ordered two to replace the two that had worn out (but only after years of faithful service) . . . One for my home and one for our summer hideaway.
This made me think what a great (practical) gift this would make
. . . included with it some canned goods for the newly weds . . . they'd thank me some day. :)

don't bother with all the other gizmos that break and skip. mine came
with the house. it looks like an old opener but works like a dream.
surprised to have run into it here. i need another for a second home.
the company could easily offer a lifetime warranty as they will never
break down. it's a classic.!

I purchased the "Swing Away Wall Can Opener" to replace the one we have that is 35 or so years old. The old one just wore out. I guess the old one has opened 1,000s of cans and now it was time to replace it. I gave it to my wife for her birthday. Wow, she loves it. Works great and it is so handy.

The can opener replaced a Swing Away Can Opener we had for many years. The design was improved over our last one, however; while it had
slot to install a magnet the new opener was delivered without a magnet. .
The magnet is supposed to hold the can top after the can is opened.

What can you say about an opener you don't have to plug in, andthat takes up valuable counter space. Or the fun of searching for in that "special" drawer we all seem to have. It's easy to
use, and clean, plus its always in the same spot, and swings flat
against the wall!
