Just want to mention if you are ordering the rings along with the french rolling pin as suggested (frequently bought together), the rings are too big for the diameter of this particular item. They must be used with a conventional rolling pin that does not taper!!

Multi-colored Rubber Rolling Pin Rings are ideal for getting your dough to an even, uniform thickness. Rings slip onto opposite ends of your rolling pin to provide 1/16", 1/8", 1/4" or 3/8" thickness of dough. Larger sizes fit 2" or smaller diameter pins; smaller sizes stretch to fit somewhat thicker rolling pins. Great for pastries, cookies, jelly rolls, biscuits and more. Blue ring 1/16", for thin pie dough, Yellow ring 1/8", for cookies and more, Green ring 1/4", for puff pastry and more, White 3/8" for biscuits and more
