I got this little frother to whip up some quick foamy milk for the coffee I make with my little Bialetti.
This little bugger has WAY more power than my last little frother. To the point where I have had some real fun cleaning up flying milk spatters in my kitchen. Power? Yep! There is a bit of a learning curve in trying to control this power (use VERY short bursts of power as you figure out how to make YOUR perfect milk). I micro the milk for 30 seconds and then froth away. Note that some milks simply don't froth as well as others (perhaps differences in homogenization/pasturization?)
Is it as good as the milk steamed with my very nice espresso machine or at your local coffee shop? Nope, not a chance. Is it a whole lot faster, easier and cheaper? Yep.
