Customer Review: Getting around the cooling dispenser malfunction

I bought the cooler for the office. We have it for 6 months, then the cool water stopped dispensing. We found out that the cooling sensor was malfunction and the cooling was never turn off automatically. I have get around the problem by getting a timer to turn off the water dispenser during non-business hour.
