I bought this because of the outstanding review in Catnip newsletter. They were right this is the best toy. Even my overweight, sedentary cat, who never played goes absolutely bonkers for Da Bird. I have to keep changing the hiding place - they won't stop looking for it until they find it. Hiding it on the top of my bookcase caused one cat to climb the shelves, and yes she got it!
One reviewer said her cats got bored after a while, well some cats will, so change the lure to something new, and they'll find it interesting again.
Your cat will thank you for the fun and exercise.

I read the reviews and didn't believe anything would get my lazy kitty to play again, but Da Bird did it! As soon as I unwrapped it he became enthralled with it and stands next to it when we're not playing. He runs, he jumps, he flips, he loves Da Bird! Honestly, I was a little skeptical about the reviews, but what everyone says about it is true. My cats are obsessed with it and I have to say it has been a long time since I have seen them get so excited about any kitty toys. I definitely recommend Da Bird to all cat owners. Are you constantly searching for a toy your cat will love? Give this one a try! My one year old cat loves to play and I find myself constantly looking for new things to entertain her. This was it! We got the toy two days ago and she went after 'da bird' immediately. She has only had 4 play-sessions with the toy so far and now I have a new problem...she won't move away from the closet when I put the toy away! Also, be sure and buy the toy that comes with a few replacement birdies, I have a feeling 'da bird' is not going to last very long once the cat gets it alone.

This item the "Da Bird" is the greatest. I am a cat breeder and have alot of cats and this is by far the best toy out there for cats. They never tire of this toy. When I pull it out to play the cats line up and wait for the toy to start moving. It is not like all the other feather toys out there. This is special and it twirls and makes a noise like a bird and the cats go nuts for it. They dive off furniture,will do flips jumping for it....very fun for both cat and owner. I have bought this for many friends, and they have all loved it! If you have a cat you have to get this....Customer Review: Pix gives it 2 paws up!

I bought this toy for my 1 year old kitten Pix and she absolutely loves it. Her favorite is the original feather attachment that flutters like a real bird. She doesn't care too much about the other attachments but if I run around the house with them she will chase it until I get tired of running. The original attachment had to be replaced about 4 months later which is remarkable considering that some of her other toys only lasted all of 48 hours. Not unreasonable since all cats have teeth and most have claws. Pix and I give this 5 stars for being the best cat toy ever!
