I bought these knives for my daughter who loves to cook but doesn't want to or know how to properly sharpen a knife and who puts her knives in the dishwasher. She LOVES her Ginsu knives!!! I prefer carbon steel knives and therefor hand wash and sharpen them after every use. That is too much trouble for her. I put a lot of thought into selecting these knives as a gift and these were a great choice. Works well for a busy Single Mom who loves to cook!Customer Review: WOW!

I was in the market for some utility knives, I went to the departments stores and wasnt satisfied with what they had available unless I was willing to spend close to $200 and even then it seemed that I wouldnt have been satisfied. I took a chance with this, because the price couldnt be beat. Well, these knives are perfect for all my culinary needs. They are attractive, well balanced, and compact so that it doesnt wipe out my counter top.Customer Review: Great set of knives!

I absolutely loves these knives. It was at a great price too!! I have been able to cut my food better than I expected. I think they are very eye appealing also. I am hand washing them based on reading others reviews to avoid any rust spots. Overall this is a great set for anyone who is looking for a beautiful set at a low price. I bought these knives(the steak knives), because I am left handed and most knives are serrated only on one side - so cutting is really unsafe - the knife cuts to one side. These are serrated on both sides and cut straight. Very sharp though - take care. I love them. Sleek design and I've received so many compliments on them. Much better than more expensive knives I've tried (and had to donate to charity). Wonderful!Customer Review: GREAT product!

These knives are amazing! I have used some more expensive knives that I have bought individually before, and these cut far better than anything I have ever used! I feel like a cooking pro! :) They feel good- heavy, nice gripping handles, and cut through everything from meat to oranges like it was butter. I would HIGHLY recommend them- even though you can't sharpen them, for the price, you could just replace them.
