We'll read the reviews and then toss out a few from the top and bottom which leaves us with what we think are the "real people" or folks like us. I'm sure if you work in a kitchen for a living these might not be the best knifes but for $50, come on. The knifes came super sharp and ready to use. We've ensured not to place them in the dish washer and will hand wash, not a big deal having grown up without a dish washer. We're so satisfied we'd recommend these knifes to our family and friends.Customer Review: Knives

Ahhhh....Were these knives mispriced?! One good knife would have cost as much as this entire set. I did my research and read many reviews regarding knives. No other knife set caught my eye as much as this one. You know how you are afraid to purchase a set because they might be "flimsy"? You don't have to worry about this set. Superb quality knife set. These knives are amazing for the price. you can't beat it! they are sturdy, cut amazingly well, never need to be sharpened and i haven't had any problems with rust! I never put them in the dishwasher because i know that they would probably start to rust. its so easy just to hand wash them. Nothing will stick the to blade so its an easy rinse wipe and your done!! For anyone looking to buy great knives but don't want to spend a lot of dough, this is the buy for sure!Customer Review: Nice knife set

I've been using this knife set for about a month and like it very much. Very clean look that goes great with a modern-designed apartment or home. I wasn't sure why there were so many knives in the set, but it's quite convenient since my roommate and I don't always get to cleaning a knife instantly...so we can just grab another clean one to use. I've also run them through the washer and haven't noticed any ill effects. I'd buy the knives again. Great value.Customer Review: Quality knives

I am very happy with these knives so far. I paid a little extra to have the metal finish, and it's totally worth it. They look marvelous, but more importantly these are sharp. I'm sure there are sharper knives out there that hold an edge longer, but for the price these are great. My first thought on holding one of these knives is how great the balance felt in my hand. Slicing through raw meat, or cooked food is relatively easy and requires little sawing.
