I love my new knives. I am not a professional cook, so I dont have a lot to compare them too, but I love cutting everything with them! Potatoes, no problem, chicken, no problem! Now, I have to tell you that I did cut the crap out of my thumb the first night I used them. Bumber! But, that was totally user error! My husband told me to quit "playing" with them. After I told him how quick I could hurt him with my new knife, he quickly shut his mouth. Im not used to having such a sharp knife! I think they are great!Customer Review: I LOVE, Love, love these knives, and YOU will TOO!

This set is FANTASTIC. I use 'em every day and every day I love them more and more. My family and friends have complimented them saying "It's such a pleasure using these knives..." I agree.
The weight is perfect. The craftsmanship is top notch. I've had these now for THREE YEARS and they are still sharp! (I've never sharpened them) Plus, I do not go easy on my knives. I use these babies to cut open twine, cardboard boxes, plastic packaging-These knives are TOUGH, ELEGANT, and a real joy to own.

I read the reviews before buying these knives and I understand you should hand wash knives. Keeping all this in mind, these knives are wonderful. I've had them for 6 months now, using them on a daily basis, and they are in perfect shape and sharp as ever. These would be wonderful knives at any price, but the value is great too!!

Love this set! The knives are very sharp, and they look nice. I've been using them for the last 3 weeks and I haven't had a problem cutting anything (from food to cardboard boxes). This is my first set of knives so I can't compare them to anything really but they do work for me. My husband managed to cut a frozen piece of salmon in half this morning and he said it wasn't so hard to do it. Highly recommend this product! The stainless steel look is neat, this set looks wonderful on the countertop.Customer Review: Love these knives!!

I wanted a good set of knives that did not have wooden handles and would hold-up well in the dishwasher - this set is it!! The knives are very sharp and well balanced, with just enough specialty ones for my use (not a gourmet cook). The block is attractive and fits all of the pieces well. I've been using them for several months now and have yet to have any problems with them - even when washing them in the dishwasher. Plus, the set looks great in my kitchen with stainless/black appliances.
