They do everything professionally. They tend to tarnish ever so slightly if you keep them submerged in water for long periods of time. Other than that the steak knives are world class and the other knives are sweet!Customer Review: Good set of knives

These set of knives are good. We have been searching for some good ones lately, as the ones we bought at walmart (faberware, etc...) did not really work at all.
We like these and so far no complaints.

Knives are very nice. Super sharp and very well weighted. They are not actually dishwasher safe. They must be dried immediatly or stains will set on blades. Overall very pleased with this knife set.Customer Review: Looks good & does the job

These knives work so well that I cut my sell twice in the first week of owning them. They do get rust spots from being left in water but it comes off with a bit of elbow grease.
