Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Ginsu 14-Piece Stainless Steel Knife Block Set, with Black BlockCustomer Review: Ginsu Knives Summary: 5 Stars
My lastest purchase of the Ginsu Knives were a gift for my son and his wife. He bought me a set in 1989 while he was in the Army. They are still the first knives I reach for. Still as sharp as the day he gave them to me. They are the best knives I have ever had. I will only purchase the Ginsu Knives for myself or gifts because of their 50 year warrenty and quality.
Customer Review: Very pleased Summary: 5 Stars
I love this knife block set. It works just like I expected it to. I reviewed a lot of them, and for the price you cannot beat this one. I needed a black block and it doesn't matter that the name is on the block. That doesn't stop the knives from doing what they are supposed to do. I also dry them as soon as I wash them so I don't have a rust problem.
Customer Review: Ginsu knife block set Summary: 5 Stars
I love them! It is so nice to not have to saw through food with a dull knife. I have seen infomercials for years and didn't quite believe them. But I have been looking at knife sets for some time and couldn't find anything I liked. I saw these on Amazon on sale and thought, what the heck, for that price I'll give them a try and am I ever glad I did.
Customer Review: Excellent buy for the money... Summary: 5 Stars
I carefully read a lot of reviews before selecting these knives. I'm not a gourmet cook, so I wasn't interested in purchasing a real expensive set but did want one that was attractive and long lasting - and I think I have found just that with this set. So far I have no complaints. They were worth every penny! Thanks again Amazon for a great bargain.
Customer Review: Good quality set of knives Summary: 5 Stars
I've had this set for a little over a year now and they work as well now as they did out of the box. I use the set 10-20 times per week so they get a fair amount of use. Knives are still sharp and no rust spots (I hand wash and let them drip dry). I should probably dry the knives with a towel but until a rust spot shows up I will keep being lazy.
