I had not previously purchased an item online before and was skeptical about what I would get. The process was easy and the Ginsu knives were more than I expected. They are just as sharp as the 1980's TV commercials, have attractive handles, a comfortable weight and an attractive storage block. I just received these knives the other day so I can't comment on the longevity of them but boy are they sharp. I didn't realize how poor my old ones were until I tried these. They have a really nice finish on them and seem to be of solid construction. They also have a really nice weight to them, not too heavy, not too light. I was a little sceptical because Ginsu was an 'As seen on T.V.' product,but my fears were laid to rest when I took the knives out of their package.The weight was good & they feel good.Full tang.Sharp enough for my needs.My previous set of name brand knives were double the price & not as well made.All in all ,I am very happy with this product.I forgot .They also look good.Customer Review: Ginsu 14pc. Ginsu Knives are what all the hype is about. They very sharp and sturdy. When slicing an onion or tomatoe they make it so easy.I use mine on fresh pineapple too. I had a black handle set only to just buy a stainless steel set for my wife, know we use the older set for camping. Oh the price and delivery was a bargin too.
