I purchased the item from Amazon and got shipped from the Factory Depot, when I opened the box, I found its water container was broken. I contacted the customer service and got the e-mail reply to ask me to return this item for replacement on my own delivery fee!
I have paid for more than 10 dollars when I placed the order yet got a defect product, now I have to pay for the delivery again because the product can't be used? The customer service said it's stated in the return policy. However, when I placed the order in Amazon, I don't see any return policy warning that I have to pay for back delivery because the seller might send me a defect one!
My recommendation is you never buy this product from the Factory Depot unless you are well prepared to accept a broken product.
