Customer Review: Knife edge quality good .. not great
Summary: 3 Stars
May be that my definition of "sharp" is different from other reviewers who give this thing high praise. It puts a good edge on my knives, but nowhere near as sharp as I get from the little ACCU=EDGE that costs less than half as much. The instructions are not really clear as to how to use it correctly, for example; how much pressure to apply, how quickly to draw the blad through the fingers, what angle to hold the knife at, or even whether to pull or push it through. If you have knives that are not really in good condition to begin with, this is OK for putting a basic edge on the blade, but for a really sharp edge you need something else.
I've used it for about two months, a lot more at the beginning than I do now. Probably should have given it 2 stars instead of 3.
