I have found that knife sharpening can be one of the most challanging things to really do well. This makes it easy.
Simply follow the directions and you will have sharp knives in just a few strokes as advertised.
I am left handed and have no problem using the sharpener as it folds to either side.
I am going to buy several more for X-mas presents

This product works great - unlike the Samurai Shark which is advertized by that loud mouth schnook. (they send you 2 Shark devices because they know it will break soon - both broke and became unusable the first day).
I have sharpened all my knives with the Ozitech Sharpener and it shows no sign of wear and tear.
I highly recommend it.

I recieved the Rachel Ray knives for Christmas and this was an excellent purchase to keep those knives in shape. It is so much easier to use then traditional sharpers, and faster. You only need to run your knives through a few times to sharpen. Plus its compact, so it doesn't take up a lot of room in my already cramped kitchen. Over the years, my father and I have spent literally thousands of dollars on sharpening equipment over the years. This is by far the easiest to use. My brother bought one for himself, gave one as a gift to my dad, and I bought one after seeing and using it. I bought this knife sharpener because I was tired of knives that would not cut & the vender I brought it from, The Handy House, told me that it worked and I had bought things from her before on her word. And it works. My knifes are old & dull. A few swips through the sharpener blade & I had a brand new knife & the price is also good.
