This light has a wide expanse to light up the pages of any book very well for night reading. It lights up both pages of a paperback and does an excellent job with my kindle. I have to angle it slightly to the side to avoid the beam reflecting on the screen but it still lights up the page excellently without disturbing my husband while reading in bed. I bought it to use with my kindle and was looking for a light that would attach to the Acase Flip Case, this light does the job. Many of the lights cost about $16.00 for the Kindle and this light for about $8.00 has turned out to be an excellent value. Terrific light that I highly recommend.Customer Review: Easy and Bright

Strong clip. Flexible neck. Very, very bright light! Thankfully, it was cleverly designed with a "lip" preventing any light spilling into your eyes. I couldn't believe the difference when I turned it on. I said to myself: "How could I have reading without this thing?"
It runs on 3 AAA batteries, and can clip very large amounts (or small) pages to hang on to the book. The flexible neck allows you to minutely adjust it to just about any angle without falling over - that is, it'll stay in place while you read, and yet will freely move without much effort.
Highly recommended!

I got this product for my husband as a gift. I tend to go to bed before he does at night, but he prefers to read into the late hours. My husband and I have tried other book lights before, but they usually only light one page at a time and I was tired of sleeping with the bright night light on. However, with this product we both love it! This light not only lights up the entire book, but is a soft light. Its practical, small, and useful. My husband hooked it onto our metal bed framing for more stability, but it also works hooking onto books. This product is perfect for late night readers!Customer Review: Great Booklight

I purchased another booklight recently that cost me about as much as the fulcrum multi-flex and it was garbage! So I searched Amazon and looked for one that had good reviews and I came upon this little light. I have to say that I love love love it! It lights up a book perfectly in a completely dark room (I have not tried it for anything else but I imagine it works well for any other similar task in the dark) I would highly recommend this light if you are an avid reader, especially if you enjoy reading in bed at night while spouse (and in my case, baby in a crib) are sleeping.Customer Review: really sheds a little light on the subject

After using the "itty bitty book light' for many years and going through too many I thought I'd try a different type. The result is I love it. I thought with the AAA batteries on the light it would be heavy but it isn't. The light is LED and very bright. My wife still uses her "itty bitty book light" with it's incandescent bulb so I can compare side by side and my light is much brighter and so it is easier to read. I suggest you give it a try. The price is reasonable and the flexible light support is very good at aiming the light on the page instead of in your face.
