Customer Review: Disorganized process

The unit was delivered with damage. What can one say, things like that happen. Amazon said they would send a new one and instructions for returning the old one (so far so good). A week later I called and there seemed to be no record of the conversation, so we had it again. Got a new one, it works fine, but 2 different sets of instructions were sent for returning the broken one. After much communication breakdown, we finally delivered the defective unit to a UPS store with Amazon instructions. Now we're getting emails saying that we will be charged for that since it didn't get returned. What a mess.
