I threw out my old ice cube trays and just toss these in a ziploc bag when they're frozen and refill the tray. They get a smirk from just about everyone. The one drawback is that they are really difficult to get out of the tray without breaking them. I usually set them upside down on the counter for a few minutes until they melt enough to fall out then right back into the freezer.Customer Review: Sure To Bring A *SMILE*

The "Frozen Smiles Ice Cube Tray" is just a silly novelty ice cube mold. The mold makes 4 good sized denture shaped ice cubes that never fails to bring a smile to everyone who sees them :-)
The mold is made out of a strong silicone that should last a very long time and the ice cubes come out very easily.
Silly, but fun! Recommended!

This ice tray makes the most hilarious looking ice cubes you'll ever encounter. When you put the teeth ice cubes into your drink they look just like dentures. I laugh every time I use these teeth ice. The tray is really nice and is flexible, making it easy to get the ice out without breaking. I loved this product. I made ice cubes for my friend's party who just completed her dental hygenist program. The ice cubes were a big hit. They were easy to use and everyone loved them. I got these for Christmas and they're so fun. I'm pre-dental so my parents thought it was appropriate. It only makes four at once so I have to make them and then put them in a tupperware container, but as long as you make them ahead of time they're sure to be a hit.
