These are made from a slightly flexible plastic product, and are placed into a plastic envelope that's about the size of one normal coaster. The gag-appeal is pretty high, and I bought this as a gift so I hope it goes over well! It just seems to be packaged so compactly that there won't be the initial "wow, big gift!" reaction, but I hear that upon use, they appeal to most people.
