These egg rings are perfectly sized for an English Muffin. They are very sturdy. Supposedly they have a non-stick coating, but eggs will stick in them unless you apply a swipe of oil or butter inside before using (no big deal). They are very easy to clean, and are dishwasher safe. I haven't used them for anything else but eggs, but am quite pleased with them. If I could change anything about them, it would be to add a small handle for removing them from the egg/pan, but since they are not so equipped, a pair of tongs works just fine.
