I have been wanting to make the traditional Italian Cannoli for a long while and hence I bought these forms from Amazon. Am I glad or what? They were a dream to work with and now I use them in many different recipes and just not for making cannoli shells. To many products to chhose from, so i chose this item because it was made of stainless steel and I did not want an inferior product. This product was as expected, performed well and I was happy with my choice.
If you want to make your own cannolis as I did I need to make sure my utensils were of high grade material. Recoomend this product to all you fellow bakers.

Excellent quality, sturdy and durable. Helps cool the cannoli shells quickly for faster production. If you have a mold with 4 wells, you might need to get two sets.
