recommend this product to anyone. I was a little skeptical at first, but

Great design, great look, works like it advertises. Comes with an instructional DVD that offers even more ideas on uses like closing chip bags and making waterproof bags for camping. Worth every penny if you like to buy food in bulk. Customer Review: Great Product!

This is my second FoodSaver. (I wore out an older model.) This newer version is quieter, faster, and easier to use. Its flip-up design saves space and it looks great. Operation is simple making it a pleasure to use. Food stays fresh many times longer than ordinary storage. Bags can be used in the pantry, the fridge or freezer. Canisters are available for the pantry and fridge. The extra freshness and longevity of vaccum sealed foods will make you want to use this on just about everything. You can even save money by buying in bulk. And, you don't have to run out of things or make frequent trips to the store in order to have fresh tasting foods. Read instructions carefully to get the most out of this product. (Of course, this is true with all products:-)
