Customer Review: Third time's a charm

We have used Fiesta Ware in our home for years and we purchase a set in each new color as they are available. I wanted to surprise my lady with the new chocolate color set for Christmas and found it offered on Amazon. The order arrived before Christmas but the box "rattled" conspicuously. Upon examining the contents, the dinner plate was destroyed. I went to the return section on the Amazon website, and in a few minutes had the return info filled out and the return label printed. Customer service had a replacement sent immediately, and it also arrived before Christmas. Unfortunately, the dinner plate of this set was broken also. The return process was initiated again, and eventually I received a set in good condition. We love Fiesta Ware, as it is durable, colorful, and collectable. We also love Amazon for their promptness, patience, and the desire to please the customer, a trait lost in American business. Now, if they can only package their Fiesta Ware better...
