This gadget is the BEST invention to peel and cut garlic! It's simple and easy to operate. Place unpeeled clove(s) of garlic in the opening and turn until the door closes completely. Push a button to release the beautifully cut garlic. The peel remains inside. The 3 parts can easily be disassembled and placed in the dishwasher. Having researched and tried many options, this is the best solution. Forget the rubber tube to peel the garlic($6-8). Forget any other garlic press($4-40). This is less expensive and does both jobs PERFECTLY and QUICKLY! The inventor is a genius!
