Customer Review: Easy to use Rotary Cutter

I'm new to quilting and a friend suggested I buy a rotary cutter. This nice, ergonomically designed rotary cutter is the 2nd Fiskars cutter I purchased. The first one was a Fiskars 12-97957097 45 mm Stick Rotary Cutter which I found to be awkward and uncomfortable to use.
The design of this Fiskars fits comfortably in my hand and gives better control when cutting. I also like the design of the blade lock system which snaps the blade back into the safe position with a quick press of a button on the side. Another reviewer stated that they like the Olfa blade better than the Fiskars but I found the included blade to be plenty sharp for my quilting projects.
All said, The Fiskars ergonomically designed cutter is an excellent, cost-effective choice for anyone doing quilting or general fabric cutting.

New Larger Nut with plastic cap to tighten blade; fewer parts and no small washer. The Alignment Markings ensure the blade guard is in the correct position.
