I received the Primula Flowering Tea Set with 40-Ounce Pot, Glass Lid and diffuser as a Christmas gift. I enjoyed the "flowering" tea (mild, but very pleasant), but noticed a crack in the diffuser which spread the first time I used it, causing a piece of the diffuser to break out. I contacted Primula, and they resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction so I can continue to enjoy their flowering teas as well as my own loose tea.
Thanks Primula! It's refreshing to work with a company that's responsive to it's customers.

I ordered this teapot when I had a ladies tea planned at my church, but I never thought that I would receive it in time. I placed the order on a Tuesday, and the event was on Saturday morning. I received a free shipping promo on the item, and the website said that it would ship within 7 days. I could not have been more amazed than to get home on Wednesday (yes that is the next day) to find the package on my porch! In addition to how beautiful the flowers are in the tea and how the whole family (my little girls included) gathered around the teapot to sea the beauty of the flower unfold, the tea was also light and tasty with a sweet note to it, i got the green tea with jasmine and I cannot tell you in words how wonderfully soothing and exquisite this teapot and tea are, it combines the essence of beauty and flavor, tradition and nourishing essences are brought together here. I love this tea pot and tea. The flowering tea is absolutely beautiful, the tea tastes good, and being able to sip tea while looking at this beautiful flower is a very soothing and enriching experience. I only used it once to test it out because the weather has been very hot here but I can't wait for the cool weather to put on a pot of tea, light some candles, and cozy up to a nice fire. I bought this teapot because I had received the flowering bud tea as a gift so I wanted to show off the budding flower tea. I bought two to take to a ladies church tea. They were great. It was very different than anyone else. I thought the teapot would be larger but it worked out very nicely. I would diffently go for the 40 ounce teapot. I looked in the stores close by and the glass was so thin on other teapots. I hope this helps.
