The lower blade features grip-enhancing serrations and a powerful bone-cracking notch. The cutting blade is finished with an extremely sharp precision cutting edge. Heavy-duty slip-resistant construction makes an easy quick job of boning and cutting poultry cutting vegetables meat and fish. Handy safety latch keeps shears closed for safe storage. Fully forged from an ultrahigh-carbon stainless metal alloy, the shears feature molded-on black molten polymer handles for a nonslip grip. Made from a unique alloy called Trizor steel, these shears have a higher carbon content than other kitchen knives and shears, giving them a higher tensile strength, which makes them stronger and more resilient. The ultrasharp blades come out of the box 2 to 3 times sharper than other scissors, and the edges last up to 10 times longer than those of other brands.
