What more can I say? It works and is easy to use. I've used this product a few times now and it has kept my espresso machine nice and clean. Forget about that Lime Away stuff....takes way too long to work. Got this product for my Capresso Teakettle (which I just love) and when the heating element becomes covered with water calcification...this stuff removes it in a second. Rinses clean too unlike Lime Away which leaves some product residue behind no matter how many times I rinse my teakettle. Don't have an espresso machine but see by the reviews that it works stupendously for that also. Just read the directions...couldn't be simplier.Customer Review: Saved my Jura Capresso E8

My Jura Capresso E8 machine wasn't working anymore, I was getting Error 8 and it always asked me to clean it before I got the errors. I read the reviews here and decided to give it a try. I ran the Durgol through the decalcifying program, adding it to the water tank. At the end of the program, Error 8 had disappeared and the machine felt like brand new. No longer did it sound like it was "struggling" to get started after power-on. Highly recommended.Customer Review: Durgol does a great job!

Our company got a new and expensive Cappucino and Coffee maker. It came with a tiny bottle of Durgol. Naturally, when the machine indicated it was time to de-scale I used the Durgol. The product worked great. It has no real odor, is easy to use, cleans and decalcyfies readily, and has kept our expensive Delonghi machine working great. I use the Durgol about once a month and it cleans thoroughly and rinses clean easily.Customer Review: My Silvia Likes It

I have owned a Rancilio Silvia for a number of years and I use it every day to make lattes. I probably don't decalcify it as often as I should but I have never gotten any "gunk" out of it when I do so I guess my water isn't too full of minerals. That being said, I believe the Durgol product is maintaining my machine's peak performance with regular use and my Silvia works just like the day I got it. Thanks Durgol!
