This product was easy to install. I has no moving parts so I expect it to last for quite a while. I am pleased with this product. This thing is so much better than any of the pricier, overdesigned towel holders out there and once you get it on the wall with a roll in the frame, it's surprisingly easy on the eyes. I love it lots.
