Love this crepe maker even without spreading butter into the griddle the crepes wont stick. Im just really having a hard time using the spreader I already made 15 crepes and yet Im still having a difficulty using the spreader somethings my crepe is uneven or the shape is not circle although my crepe is not perfect it still taste good and the texture is smooth. Any suggestion how to use the spreader to make my crepes in perfect shape?Customer Review: We've had this for about a month

We have used it maybe 5 or 6 times. It's very handy and cleans up almost effortlessly. We use the wooden spreader that came with it-with just a little practice it works well. So far we have only used the basic recipe that came with the crepe maker-there was a problem with part of the instructions in the recipe (maybe not proofread?) missing but we figured it out. So far no other problems and the crepes turn out very well.Customer Review: Love crepes now.

I used David Lebovitz's recipe for crepes on this crepe maker. Love the results! Learning curve? One crepe. So far I only need the first heat setting and that gives me enough time to use the spreader to achieve perfect crepe. One crepe that size is quite filling -- with agave nectar drizzle or cinnamon sugar sprinkle -- and decadent with a scoop of homemade ice cream.... ^o^Customer Review: Wonderful crepe maker

My daughter got back from a few months in France and wanted a crepe maker. This one was a reasonable price and looked to be decent quality. It was a great choice. With a crepe cookbook and this maker, she's been making us crepes and they're delicious. The crepe maker is easy to use with just a few tries. For $40, this product is great. I was a bit skeptic at first, and didnt know how to think of the elevated side of the crepe maker but it all worked out for a novice crepe maker like me (less spills!) Product works well and i highly recommend it to anyone looking for a crepe maker. Its cheap and works well.
