What a great crockpot! I never liked using my old crockpot because it was big and ugly, but this one is so pretty that I don't mind leaving it out at all! It matches our decor wonderfully! And with our busy life (We both work and have a small son), it is the perfect size! We always have plenty of room and usually can make enough to eat the next day. The first day I used it I made a roast, which turned out great. Today I made BBQ chicken and again it was wonderful. I recieved this crock pot as a wedding gift over a year ago, and I absolutely love it! I've used it to make pot roast, chili and chicken & dumplings, and it has performed wonderfully everytime! Mine sits on the counter and I have not had to lift it a lot, but have had no problems with the handles. I would highly recommend this crock pot, the stainless steel looks great, the black crock is easy to clean and doesn't stain, it's easy to use and lets me cook dinner while I'm at work!Customer Review: Durable and cooks evenly!

I have made chili in this slow cooker twice, and both times it was nummy. I have also made vegetarian baked beans, and those were great, too. It cooks evenly and thoroughly. The see-through cover is great, so you can tell if you need to turn the heat up or not. It's heavy and solid, much more durable than my other slow cooker, which I've relegated to craft projects only now, thanks to uneven heating. This is a good looking appliance as well, and clean up is pretty darn easy.Customer Review: Best Crock Pot Ever

I also received this crock pot as a Wedding Gift and just love it. My old one did not have a removable pot and was such a pain to clean that I never used it. I have not had any trouble with the handles and have had it for 2 years now. I have had it boil over once but that was probably because I filled it too full. It states in the directions how full to fill it so that it doesn't boil over. I like this one so much that I am purchasing one for my mom.Customer Review: works great

Still works great after one year. The lid fits well. I like the dark crock pot because it doesn't stain - the white ones can stain. No problems with handles or with the pot getting too hot - I do use pot holders if I'm moving the cooker around.
