Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of White BuffetCustomer Review: Storage problem? What storage problem?! Summary: 5 StarsThis item is exactly as pictured and described. Assembly is required, which is usually the case with any mail-order item such as this. However, the assembly was very easy, and the price is comparable to similar-quality items. Based on the price and weight, it is obvious that this is not a high-end buffet, but in my opinion, the end result is still an answer to our storage problem, as well as a nice looking addition to our kitchen.
Customer Review: Use as a kitchen cabinet - Excellent for the price! Summary: 5 StarsI use this as a large cabinet in my kitchen due to lack of storage space. It looks gorgeous in my kitchen and I'm very picky! :-) It doesn't look like cheap assemble-it-yourself furniture and blends in very well with my antique 30's decor. The faux woodgrain is done very well and the amount of storage space is awesome. It even holds my microwave, bread box, fruit bowl on top with room to spare. It's sturdy, functional and pretty and a steal for $99!
Customer Review: Very nice for the money Summary: 5 StarsI recently purchased this item. I have to say I was very pleased. We've been looking for something small enough for a short wall in our dining room, yet big enough to store things like a crock pot, larger stock pot and extra baking pans. The drawers are nice to have as well. I use them for pens, paper and warranty info. This really does the job perfectly. My husband put it together and said it was easy (I didn't hear any swearing). I waited until it went on sale and paid $119.00. With price, shipping ($42.00 just a month ago) and tax ($7.00), total was $168.00. This price was reasonable to me. I would recommend this item and would purchase again.

Customer Review: This is a good, solid Buffet Summary: 5 StarsThis buffet is perfect for me. I rent a pretty large room in a house where I don't have access to a kitchen, so essentially, it's my pantry. It looks great and holds a ton of stuff, probably because it weighs a ton too. Hey, at least you know it's solid... Just make sure you have a hand if you have to take it upstairs or move it
anywhere for that matter, and you'll be fine. Although the instruction manual might look like a textbook, there's nothing to it. it's easy to assemble and very durable. I've had it for a little over a year now, and I'm very happy with it. the 'beautiful butcherblock top' is really contact paper on particle board, so don't have any illusions about choping and dicing a lot of stuff on it. Still, the top looks nice and does a good job simulating wood. This is an honest solid buffet that is well worth it's price and will meet and probably exceed your expectations.
Customer Review: A Little Pricey ..but good Summary: 4 StarsI like the buffet very much. I do think it is pricey for its quality though. The drawer inserts are cardboard, and some of the paint is uneven. It is basically pressboard throughout. Easy enough to put together. The counter top came in with front rail trim damaged, and getting a replacement was a snap. They immediately sent another without needing the old one back. Was able to cut the old one up for cutting boards!
For apartment purposes this fit the bill. I think target could bring the price down a bit, with shipping (weight over 90lbs) it is overpriced.
For the most part it does look good and has plenty of storage space.
