It gets the job done, but its not fancy. I have had it for a couple years and the joins have loosened making the arms ever so slightly wobbly, though the base is still pretty sturdy. Some of the balls have fallen of the end and been lost, but aside from that its fine. Its still stable and it holds coats and hats despite its wear and tear. I got it for a good price and I am satisfied that I got my money's worth. The four prong bottom is a good design that keeps it from being tipped too easily (though it can stillbe toppled if loaded up on one side over the other).Customer Review: Totally adequate

Given that so many of the coat trees reviewed on Amazon received such dismal reviews (eg that a given coat tree would tip over if you hang more than a windbreaker on it), I wanted to share that I think this coat tree works quite well. I have not yet fully loaded it up, but I've hung several coats on it and have not yet had a problem. The only thing I don't love about it is that the base is a bit wobbly. But it still works fine. And given the cheap price and its ability to do the job, I think this is a great value.Customer Review: Exactly as advertised

I purchased this coat rack last winter to have a place to hang all the snow clothes for the kids. It did take a while to ship in (but not outside the range of the seller's stated timeline), and is not the most rock-solid (i.e. you can overload it and tip it if you try. For the price it was a good value and performs exactly as stated. I would purchase another if I needed one. The finish and construction are holding up well at this point, and it is used by children/teens so takes some abuse from time to time.Customer Review: God product

I bought this to use as a rack for handbags and hats rather than coats. Its nice looking, unobtrusive and minimalist. Very easy to put together, just attaching the feet, arms, and the cnter pole is two pieces that fit together. One drawback is that its hard to move from place to place because the center pole doesn't stay attached very well in the middle when the rack is lifted. But all in all very good product for the price, definitely recommend.Customer Review: Great for the Office

I bought this coat rack for my office. I shopped for price and style. My office is contemporary, so the black metal tubing fits right in. I hang one coat on the top rung, and several canvas bags off the lower rungs. I have no problems with it falling over, or being out of balance otherwise. It fits nicely into a corner between a filing cabinet and the wall, making it look like it was designed for the space. Great product overall.
