I wanted a felting tool that would speed up the process & that's why I purchased this tool with 5 needles. I have the single needles & have used them before but this is wonderful. I have only used it once but plan to make more things with it. I'll probably use this 5 needle tool more than the single one. However I found that when making animals I find the single needle more useful because of the more detail work when laying the thick wool on the felting matt. You only want to cover a small area at a time & the single needle worked better for me. This 5 needle however is a very useful tool.
Description of Clover Felting Needle Tool
Our felting tool has five barbed needles that catches the wool roving fibers and pushes them into the bottom of the fabric. The wool roving fibers stay permanently without using glue or sewing it. The tool comes with a clear lock cover for safety and storage.Kitchen and Housewares
