These knives are very nice looking and very functional. I especially like that they are all one piece of metal.
They are small enough that they are practical for every day use, as opposed to many gigantic steak knives you might buy as alternatives.
I have not had problems with staining, but I also have been handwashing so I cant comment as to how the dishwasher works with these...
